DMCA Copyright Policy
Respecting Creators' Work
Neural Game Lab takes copyright seriously. We run https://neuralgamelab.online/ to share free HTML5 games—but we never want to host content that belongs to someone else without permission.
If you create games or own rights to game content, this page explains how to report concerns. We respond to valid requests quickly and fairly.
How to Report Copyright Issues
If you believe your copyrighted work appears on our site without permission, email us at:
neuralgamelab@jsgame.online
Please include these details in your message:
- Your full name and contact information
- A description of your copyrighted work (game name, screenshots, or links to your official version)
- The exact URL on our site where you found the content
- A statement that you believe the use is unauthorized
- Your electronic signature (typing your name works)
Example: "I created 'Space Jumper' available at mysite.com. I found it at neuralgamelab.online/games/space-jumper without my permission. I believe this use is not authorized. – Jane Developer"
What Happens Next
We review every notice within 2–3 business days. If your request looks valid:
- We temporarily remove or disable access to the reported game
- We notify the game's provider (if known) so they can respond
- We keep records of the action taken
We don't play judge—we follow the law. Valid notices get action. Unclear or incomplete notices may need follow-up questions.
If Your Game Gets Removed by Mistake
Sometimes mistakes happen. Maybe you actually gave permission but we didn't know. Maybe someone confused your game with another.
You can send a counter-notice to the same email address explaining why the removal was incorrect. Include:
- Your contact details
- Identification of the removed game
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake
- Your physical or electronic signature
After we receive a valid counter-notice, we'll forward it to the original complainant. If they don't file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the content.
Our Honest Position
Most games on Neural Game Lab come from third-party developers who publish HTML5 games publicly. We don't create these games ourselves.
We don't actively search for copyright issues—but we act quickly when rights holders contact us directly. We're a small site, not a legal department. Clear, polite communication helps everyone.
Repeat Infringers
We don't tolerate repeated copyright violations. Users or providers who ignore multiple valid takedown notices may lose access to our platform.
Important Notes
- Filing false claims harms real creators. Only report content you actually own or represent.
- We follow DMCA guidelines as a good-faith effort. This policy applies regardless of your country.
- We're not lawyers. This page explains our process—not legal advice for your situation.
